Phil is currently a PGA Member with a long history in instructing golfers at all levels of the game. In 2011, he received the “Teacher of the Year” – GCOW award.   As a player, he was a WSGA State Junior Champion, NJCAA All-American, and Baylor University Letterman.

Phil is the Head Golf Coach at the University School of Milwaukee and Devine Savior Holy Angels. The programs have enjoyed much success with 32 All Conference players and 10 team appearances at State.

Phil’s teaching philosophy is based on identifying what each of his students strengths are and then combining them with the proper fundamentals of a one or two-plane swing. He coaches his students focus on swing sequence, balance and impact. These three key elements will help his students become a better player, as he believes that an efficient swing is an effective swing that will produce consistent results.
